Depression Treatment

Depression is a mental illness, which one should not confuse with the short emotional distress.Anxiety attacks also are constituents of depression.

Yes, you need to download the new client information form, the HIPPA Privacy Statement form and a Release of Information form if you want to receive financial support for counseling from an ecclesiastical leader or if you would like a psychologist to consult with other family or medical personnel. If you want help checking benefits, please bring your insurance card.
We do not have a sliding scale. If you have no insurance or ecclesiastical support and have a crisis situation, a few scholarship slots for brief therapy may be available at a reduced cost. Please check for availability and for scholarship requirements.
If this is your first time participating in therapy, it can be a little scary just because you are doing something that you have never done before and most of us feel a little anxious when going into the unknown. In your first session, you will spend some time with your psychologist getting to know each other and learning a little more about the problem that has brought you to therapy.
At Mental Health the following fees apply: 60 min Couples Session $120; 50 min Individual Session $115; 50 min Bishop Pay $100; 50 min Group Session $40; 8 Week Hold Me Tight Class $400 per couple.
